To prepare chicken fillet in a crispy cheese crust we will need the following

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet 1 kg
  • egg 1 pc.
  • milk or cream 1/4 cup
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • cheese 150 g
  • salt, spices

I used chicken breast fillet. I cut the breasts into smaller pieces - each breast into about 3-4 parts.

The chicken pieces need to be salted and rolled in the spices that you like to use to cook chicken. I use a special seasoning for chicken.

Now let's prepare the batter and breading.

The cheese needs to be grated on a fine grater.

Now mix the egg with milk in one container, and cheese with breadcrumbs in another.

Take each piece of chicken and first dip it in the egg-milk mixture, and then roll it in breading.

Place the chicken pieces prepared in this way into a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

When all the pieces are laid out, place the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for half an hour. After this, increase the temperature to 220 degrees, and bring the dish to readiness for another 10 minutes.

We take the finished dish out of the oven. The result was soft, juicy pieces of chicken with a crispy cheese crust.

cheese (easy-melting variety) – 200 gr.
mayonnaise – 100 gr.

Peel and wash potatoes and onions.
Cut the potatoes crosswise into thin slices and the onion into half rings.

Grease the entire surface with mayonnaise and smooth with a knife.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.
