To do this, it is necessary to identify the requests of parents and students, correlate the request with the personnel, material and technical resources of the institution, and the features of the main educational program of the educational institution;

    The principle of humanistic orientation. When organizing extracurricular activities, the interests and needs of children are taken into account to the maximum extent, the processes of formation and manifestation of the individuality of schoolchildren are supported, conditions are created for the formation of skills and habits of self-knowledge of students, self-determination, self-realization, self-affirmation.

    The principle of diversity in areas of extracurricular activities presupposes the implementation of the maximum number of areas and types of extracurricular activities, the right to free choice, and promotes testing one’s strengths in various types of activities.

    The principle of taking into account opportunities. A selection of educational and methodological kits is carried out that corresponds to the development, interests, and age characteristics of students.

    The principle of success and social significance. The efforts of the organizers of extracurricular activities are aimed at developing in children the need to achieve success. It is important that the results achieved by the child are not only personally significant, but also valuable for the social environment.

    The specificity of extracurricular activities lies in the fact that in a general educational institution, a child gets the opportunity to join classes of interests, learn a new way of assessment - without marks, while ensuring success, thanks to his abilities, regardless of performance in compulsory academic disciplines.

III . Features of organizing extracurricular activities

The model for organizing extracurricular activities of the municipal budgetary educational institution “Secondary School No. 9” is optimization. All teaching staff of the institution (teachers, additional education teachers, teacher-organizer, speech therapist) take part in its implementation. When organizing extracurricular activities for students of MBOU Secondary School No. 9, the capabilities of institutions of additional education, culture, sports and other organizations are used (Center for Children's Creativity, Center for Technical Creativity "Vector", Children's and Youth Sports School "Olympian").

The class teacher plays a coordinating role when students select extracurricular activity programs. The advantages of the optimization model include minimizing financial costs for extracurricular activities, creating a unified educational and methodological space in the educational institution, and the substantive and organizational unity of all its structural divisions.

Mechanism for constructing an optimization model:

1. The school administration analyzes resource support (material and technical base, staffing, financial and economic support) and determines opportunities for organizing extracurricular activities.

2. The class teacher conducts a survey among parents (legal representatives) in order to:

Obtaining information about the directions and weekly temporary workload of students in city associations/centers/institutions of additional education, cultural and sports institutions;

Introducing parents (legal representatives) to the possibilities of the educational institution for organizing extracurricular activities of students (approximate plan of extracurricular activities; programs of clubs, sections, associations; planned results of extracurricular activities of students);

Obtaining information about the choice by parents (legal representatives) of preferred directions and forms of extracurricular activities for children.

The plan for extracurricular activities is formed in accordance with the areas of personal development outlined in the Federal State Educational Standard and is implemented through:

    extracurricular activities at the school in various forms of its organization;

    classes of educational associations in the school’s additional education system;

    classes in additional education institutions on the basis of social partnership;

    the activities of school teaching staff in accordance with their job responsibilities: teacher-organizer, teacher-organizer of life safety, teacher-psychologist, social teacher;

    educational activities organized by class teachers (excursions, hikes, debates, round tables, socially beneficial practices).

Work programs for extracurricular activities are focused on achieving the results of mastering the basic educational program of primary general education. The content of work programs, forms and methods of implementation are determined by the teacher independently, based on educational objectives, psychological and pedagogical expediency, sanitary and hygienic standards, and material and technical conditions.

The content of classes is formed taking into account the wishes of students and their parents (legal representatives). It is implemented through various forms of organization: excursions, clubs, sections, round tables, conferences, debates, school scientific societies, olympiads, competitions, search and scientific research, socially useful practices, social design, etc.

Extracurricular activities are organized by type: gaming, educational, leisure and entertainment activities (leisure communication), problem-value communication; artistic creativity, social creativity (social transformative volunteer activity); technical creativity, sports and recreational activities; tourism and local history activities.
