Fill out your tax receipt online. Where can I get a receipt for payment of transport tax? Calculation of insurance premiums for individual entrepreneurs in PFR and FFOMS for a month

According to Russian tax legislation, the person to whom the car was registered must pay transport tax.

To ensure that tax officials do not have questions regarding payment of the fee, a person, if necessary (for example, a receipt is lost), must know where to get the receipt to prove the fact of its payment.

How to print a receipt for transport tax, where can you get the document and what to do if the tax was paid a long time ago, but the tax authorities demand payment?

How to get a receipt?

You can do this in two ways:

  1. Wait for a written notice (letter) from the tax service. According to the rules, it must arrive 30 days before the fee is paid.
  2. Register on the website of the Federal Tax Service, download the form and generate a receipt yourself.

Many people get lost and don’t know where to go if they lose their receipt, where can they print it?

There are three ways to get out of the situation:

  1. Go to the local tax office and write an application for a receipt. Don’t forget to bring identification documents with you: passport, TIN certificate.
  2. Log in to the State Services website using your site account.
  3. Go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, register there or log in (if the registration procedure has been completed previously). And then all that remains is to find the receipt and print it.

By going to the website of a tax organization, you need to find an online service called “Payment of taxes for individuals.” Then you need to click on the “Make a document request” tab in your personal account.”

In the form that opens, you need to enter the following data:

Knowing now how to receive a receipt for transport tax via the Internet, you don’t have to worry about the fact that the letter may not arrive by mail.

So, with a printed receipt, you can now go to the bank and pay for it.

In fact, this process is simple and at the same time unique, because it allows a person to create a document himself before the letter arrives in the mail.

A person should not worry about when and how to pay car tax and where to get a receipt. When registering a vehicle with the state, data about the car and the owner are automatically entered into the tax database of the Russian Federation service.

The required data is as follows: last name, first name, patronymic of the duty payer and his address, identification code, recipient's bank, date of payment, amount.

An innovation came into force relatively recently and remains relevant in 2019. We are talking about a QR code, which should be located on the left side of the postal notice.

This allows a person to make a payment through an ATM that has a special reader. This greatly simplifies the process of paying vehicle duty.

Notification from the tax service comes in the form of a registered letter sent via mail.

Where can I get a receipt for payment of transport tax if the tax was paid a long time ago and the receipt has already been thrown away?

How can I prove that the payment was made or will I have to pay again? You definitely don’t need to overpay anything, and the fact of payment is easy to prove.

To do this you need:

  1. Contact Sberbank, through which the person paid the tax.
  2. Ask the bank employee to issue a payment document.
  3. A copy of the document must be sent to the tax office with a written explanation that the tax has been paid.

Don’t know what to do if you haven’t received your transport tax receipt?

The main thing is not to sit and wait, because tax legislation provides for payment deadlines. You need to find ways to receive a receipt and pay for it yourself.

To do this, you need to go to the online service “Check and payment of transport tax” on the portal of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

The verification is carried out using the TIN of an individual.

You need to enter the digital code in the appropriate field and click on the “Check debt” button.

If a person does not have this code at hand, then he can enter his current email address in another field and then he will soon receive a notification.

It takes a long time for the transport tax receipt to arrive: wait or act?

Many people who are responsible for paying taxes, including numbers and transport, are worried about when tax receipts arrive in 2019? Car enthusiasts simply do not want to leave debts this year and do not want to have problems with the tax service.

If it seems to you that the receipt does not arrive for a long time, then you should know the time limits for paying the fee:

  1. Individuals must pay vehicle tax no later than October 1.
  2. Tax from legal entities must be collected before February 1.

Owners of motor vehicles are not exempt from paying state duty on a car if the notification did not arrive by mail or did not arrive on time.

If a person understands that payment terms are getting shorter and the time to pay the duty is approaching, he needs to take measures himself to make the payment on time. To do this, you can go to the tax office or print a receipt online.

Chapter 28 of Title IX of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation(abbreviated as the Tax Code of the Russian Federation), as well as regional legal acts establish the obligation of persons to whom cars are registered. Where to get a receipt for payment of transport tax in 2019 and how, find out from this material.

Differences in tax payment between citizens and legal entities

Taxpayers for this state fee can be not only citizens, but also organizations. However, the procedure for calculating the payment amount for individuals has a significant difference. These differences are recorded in clause 1 art. 362 Tax Code of the Russian Federation, stating that:

taxpayers-organizations calculate the amount of tax and the amount of advance tax payment independently. And the amount of tax payable by individual taxpayers is calculated by the tax authorities on the basis of information submitted to the tax authorities by the authorities carrying out state registration of vehicles on the territory of the Russian Federation.

This body is the traffic police.

At the same time, a vehicle tax receipt is issued exclusively to citizens who, from a legal point of view, are individuals. Companies with which the car is registered are required to independently fill out a special declaration.

Individuals receive documents by regular mail, although you can also use the services of the official electronic portal of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. By logging into your personal account, a person can download and print a receipt from there. Legal entities also have access to download declaration forms in electronic form, which are then printed.

How to get a transport tax receipt for a car

According to clause 2 art. 52 Tax Code of the Russian Federation:

if the responsibility for calculating the amount of tax is assigned to the tax authority, no later than 30 days before the payment deadline, the tax authority sends a tax notice to the taxpayer.

As a general rule, the Federal Tax Service sends payment documents to each taxpayer by registered mail.

It is allowed to hand over the notice personally to the car owner against signature. Also, the notification may be sent by email after obtaining the taxpayer’s consent, and the document will be considered received from the moment the email is sent. If the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation sends documents by registered mail, then, according to clause 4 art. 52 Tax Code of the Russian Federation:

The tax notice is considered received after 6 days from the date of sending the registered letter.

However, there are times when payment documents are lost. In such a situation, there are several options to find a receipt for transport tax:

  • go with the TIN certificate and identification document to the local tax office and apply for a receipt;
  • enter personal account on the State Services website, go to the official website of the Federal Tax Service - nalog.ru and log in using an account created on the State Services portal;
  • go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, register on it or log in to your personal account and find the payment document there.

The latter method should be described in more detail and all stages of receiving documents electronically should be outlined. The tax service website has a separate online service, named "Payment of taxes for individuals". There you can pay not only the fee for the car, but also for property, personal income tax, and other state duties.

Good afternoon, dear readers.

Many individual entrepreneurs still fill out receipts for paying mandatory insurance premiums on their own, without the help of programs. According to old models from previous years, which is absolutely forbidden to do in 2017!

Indeed, in 2017, insurance premiums are collected by the Federal Tax Service, and not by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, as was previously the case.

Accordingly, the details were changed to new ones, which immediately gave rise to many questions from the individual entrepreneur: who is now the recipient of the contributions? Pension Fund or Federal Tax Service? What status should I write? “08” or “09”?

Therefore, I decided to write detailed step-by-step instructions for filling out receipts (or payment orders) to pay insurance premiums in 2017.

What you will learn from this article:

  • How to fill out a receipt for payment of mandatory insurance contributions for yourself for pension insurance
  • How to fill out a receipt for payment of mandatory insurance premiums for yourself for health insurance

Let's get started.

As you know, in 2017, individual entrepreneurs are required to pay the following amounts for mandatory insurance premiums:

  1. For compulsory pension insurance 23,400 rubles
  2. For compulsory medical insurance 4590 rubles
  3. 1% on pension insurance from an amount exceeding 300,000 rubles per year

By the way, on my website there are detailed articles on mandatory contributions of individual entrepreneurs in 2017, which I also recommend reading in order to finally understand all the issues:

These contributions can be paid immediately, but most individual entrepreneurs split these payments into four quarters, with the following payment terms:

  • For the 1st quarter of 2017: from January 1 to March 31
  • For the 2nd quarter of 2017: from April 1 to June 30
  • For the 3rd quarter of 2017: from July 1 to September 30
  • For the 4th quarter of 2017: from October 1 to December 31

If you pay quarterly, then the annual amounts of contributions for compulsory pension and health insurance are divided by 4:

  • Quarterly contribution for compulsory pension insurance 5850 rubles
  • Quarterly contribution for compulsory health insurance 1147.5 rubles

So, let's look at an example of filling out receipts for payment of mandatory contributions in 2017

Moreover, we will fill it out using a special service, which is located on the official website of the Federal Tax Service. Yes, now it has such an opportunity.

In the first step, you need to indicate the four-digit code of your tax office, where you are registered as an individual entrepreneur. If you don’t know this code, you don’t have to specify it, and go straight to filling out your address according to your registration in your passport (a tax inspection code will be automatically generated based on the address).

Let our hypothetical individual entrepreneur live in Moscow, and having skipped filling out the code for his inspection, indicated the following registration address:

  1. Type of payment document “Payment document” (but you can also select a payment order for the bank).
  2. Payment type “Payment of tax, fee, payment, duty, contribution, advance...”
  3. And indicate the desired KBK

Which BCC should I indicate?

For mandatory individual entrepreneur contributions in 2017, they have long been known:

  • KBK for the mandatory contribution to pension insurance “for yourself” for 2017: 18210202140061110160
  • BCC for the mandatory contribution to health insurance “for yourself” for 2017: 18210202103081013160
  • KBK for 1% of the amount exceeding 300,000 rubles per year, then KBK coincides with KBK for pension insurance contributions: 18210202140061110160

That is, at this step you need to select the desired BCC for a specific contribution. If we pay a mandatory contribution to pension insurance, then select the first KBK from the list above. If we pay for compulsory health insurance, then we choose the second KBC!

We chose the first KBK, since we are creating a receipt for payment of the quarterly insurance premium for compulsory individual entrepreneur insurance (see the figure above).

Next, you need to select your payer status. By the way, there was a lot of controversy on this issue, since it was not clear what exactly to indicate. “09” or “08”? In the end, the Federal Tax Service clarified that individual entrepreneurs without employees should indicate status “09” when paying insurance premiums:

So, since our individual entrepreneur has no employees, then select the status “09” and click the “Next” button

Here you need to specify:

  1. Basis of payment “TP” – payments of the current year
  2. Tax period “GD” year 2017

The fact is that for insurance premiums the payment period is exactly a year, not a quarter.

And indicate your IP information:

  • Address
  • Payment amount. Since our individual entrepreneur pays a quarterly contribution for compulsory pension insurance, I indicated 5850 rubles (see above where this number came from).

After clicking the “Check” button, a message will appear indicating the presence of arrears for all taxes accrued before December 1, 2017 or their absence. You can pay the debt either with the funds available on your Yandex.Money wallet or with a bank card linked to it (the linking procedure is also carried out in several steps). Conclusion If after December 1, the debt for unpaid taxes in 2017 is not determined (based on the results of checking the TIN through various Internet services, the status “Nothing found” is displayed) and there is no reason to doubt that the tax authorities may not be aware of the object of taxation (apartment or other real estate), then most likely this year the amount of accrued taxes was less than 100 rubles, and they were not billed for payment by the Tax authorities at all in accordance with Part 3, Clause 4, Art.

I want to receive a tax notice and receipt

Madhouse!!! to find out about your debts you need to register either through mail, or through Rostelecom, etc. And they say this for confidentiality purposes. But there you need to post a bunch of data 29. Lyudmila | 2014-05-28 Hello. Please answer the question that interests me: do pensioners have a tax break on real estate (apartment, land)? I have been a pensioner for 2 years now, but I constantly receive payment notices.

Thank you. Answer: They have. To receive benefits, you need to contact the tax office with an application for benefits. 30. The procedure for conducting cash transactions in 2017 I personally and many of my friends involved in trade in our city had a case when the tax office sent letters about alleged non-payment of imputed income.
Naturally, everything was paid, they brought the tax receipt to the tax office, they made a photocopy and the case of non-payment was closed.

Where can I get a tax receipt?

At the same time, property tax in Russia is still paid in accordance with the notification procedure, i.e. on the basis of a tax notice, which indicates the amount of tax to be paid, the object of taxation (apartment, room, residential building, garage and other buildings and premises) and the payment deadline, in case of violation of which a penalty (penalty) will be charged, calculated in accordance with clause . 3-4 tbsp. 75 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for each day of delay as a percentage of the unpaid tax (for individuals it is now 1/300 of the refinancing rate established by the Central Bank - from September 18, 2017 it is set at 8.5%).

Explanations

Important

For example, “Transport tax for 2016” or “Property tax for individuals for 2016” Attention! You can find out the listed details of the recipient of the payment (the relevant inspection) using the tax service service “Determination of details of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate...”. 7. KBK - budget classification code for the tax you are transferring.

This is 20 digits. For example, 18210601010032000110 or 18210601020041000110 (it is different for each tax!) 8. Your last name, first name and patronymic 9. Your address at your place of permanent residence (permanent registration).
For example, 109125, Moscow, st. Lyublinskaya, house 9, apt. 24 10. Your TIN (individual taxpayer number). This is 12 digits.
For example, 772605134609. If you do not know your TIN, use our “Find out your TIN” service. It is located here: 11. Payment amount (that is, tax amount).

What to do if the apartment tax has not arrived in 2017?

  • “Tax debt” on the Unified Government Services Portal gosuslugi.ru - a confirmed registered account is required for full access to the functionality;
  • “Taxes: verification and payment” in the personal account of the Yandex.Money e-wallet is at the moment, perhaps, the most “popular” way to pay fines and tax arrears.

In addition, if the receipt for payment did not arrive in any of the provided ways, but the property tax was issued by the Tax Service for payment, then you can independently draw up and print such a receipt through the “Payment of taxes for individuals” service on the Tax Service website (attention: to To complete the formation of a payment document for payment of apartment tax, you need to know in advance the amount of tax billed for payment - this can be done through the tax debt verification services described below).

How to print a personal property tax receipt

But tax authorities have the right to send you “forgotten” Notifications immediately for the last 3 years preceding their sending. For example, in 2019 they have the right to demand payment of land tax and send you receipts for 2018, 2017 and 2016.

How to pay tax using a receipt The simplest and best option is that you received all the papers on time and, accordingly, paid the tax on time. However, this is not always the case. It’s a common thing that the tax payment deadline has long come and even passed, but there is no tax receipt.

There can be many reasons. For example, a tax receipt was lost in the mail or it was sent to someone else's address by mistake. And the tax debt “hangs.” Moreover, a penalty is charged on it.

What to do if you don’t receive a property tax receipt?

This applies not only to the tax for an apartment or house, but also, for example, to transport or land tax: At the same time, to access the “Taxpayer’s Personal Account”, along with an account with a TIN registered in the branches of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, you can also use an account record of the Unified Identification and Authentication System (USIA), which citizens now receive primarily for authorization on the Unified Government Services Portal www.gosuslugi.ru - provided that the identity confirmation procedure for it was completed in person at one of the service centers (Branches of the Pension Fund or MFC). In addition, now, according to Part 3, Clause 4, Art. 52 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, in cases where the amount of taxes calculated according to one notification for a tax period is less than 100 rubles, it is not sent to the payer at all - this is not profitable from an economic point of view.

How to pay taxes through government services?

What to do in such a situation? How to pay tax without a receipt? There are two possible ways:

  • the first is to fill out the receipt yourself;
  • the second is to generate a receipt through the tax service website.

Fill out the PD-4 tax receipt yourself The first thing you need to do is go to any Sberbank branch. There you need to ask for a receipt in form No. PD-4 (tax) or No. PD-4.

You will be given a clean tax receipt. It must be filled in manually. Immediately take 5-6 PD-4 forms. Almost no one succeeds in filling it out correctly the first time.

There is a simpler option. Download form PD-4 (tax) from our website (see attached file). Fill out your tax receipt on your computer or print it out and fill it out by hand.
Our receipt is smaller than the sheet of paper you print it on.

How do I receive a tax notice and receipt?

However, from January 1, 2015, taxpayers, in connection with the introduction of clause 2.1 of Art. 23, a new obligation has arisen: in the event of failure to receive tax notices within the established deadlines and failure to pay taxes in relation to their property, owners are obliged to independently report the presence of such property to the tax service at the location of the real estate by December 31 of the current year. This must be done:

  • according to a special form approved by Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated November 26, 2014 No. ММВ-7-11/;
  • with attached copies of documents that establish the rights to the relevant property;
  • once in respect of each such property for which a tax notice has not been received.

Failure to fulfill this obligation within the specified period from January 1, 2017 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art.

How to print a property tax receipt

Therefore, before giving it to the bank teller, cut it along the contour with scissors. The attached file also contains a sample of a completed tax receipt. To be honest, filling out a tax receipt correctly is not an easy task. To fill out a receipt you need to know the payment details. Attention! Taxes must be transferred:

  • property tax - to the tax office at the location of the property;
  • transport tax - to the tax office at your place of permanent residence (permanent registration);
  • land tax - at the location of the land plot;
  • income tax - to the tax office at your place of permanent residence (permanent registration).

As you can see, with regard to property tax and land tax, your place of residence does not matter.
Vladimir | 2011-07-07 I would like to know why the tax is about 70 rubles, from rubles on the site, 300 rubles are required for the service. I don’t have time to go to tax offices. Do you really sweat so much in your face for every piece of information? My pension is 4500 per month... I am writing from someone else’s computer. Eh, you... You have no conscience. 12. How to find out the taxes of an individual Important The “Accrued” section displays the total amount that must be paid to the tax authority, and a list of objects with the type of tax (car, land, etc.) Other tabs contain information about taxes already paid and contributions, about overpayments or debts, as well as information about 3-NDFL and 2-NDFL declarations, information about the amounts of insurance contributions for compulsory pension insurance accrued by the employer.

How to print a property tax receipt

Instructions 1 Firstly, a fine without a receipt can be paid on the spot. This mainly concerns traffic police fines. You can pay as soon as you are issued an order to pay a fine.

In order to accept money from you legally, inspectors are given cash registers. 2 In order to pay a fine without a receipt, you can use the Internet. To get started, go to the website gosuslugi.ru, select the “fines and state duties” section you need.

Here you need to enter your data: last name, first name, patronymic and, depending on the fine you were issued, document number. For example, if you have a traffic fine, then indicate your driver’s license number. And the system will give you all the information. In order to pay the fine, you just need to write off all the data. And then pay either via the Internet or through specialized payment terminals.

Our individual entrepreneur Apollo Buevy decided to pay the insurance premiums himself, without turning to an accountant for help. I went to the Federal Tax Service website, started filling out receipts and got confused in the KBK. We decided to help him and other individual entrepreneurs and compiled step-by-step instructions for filling out payment documents.

You can fill out payment orders and receipts through the “Pay taxes” service on the website of the Federal Tax Service.

We select the document we want to fill out. The payment order is intended for payment from your current account, while we fill out a receipt for payment through a bank cash desk or terminal. However, it will be possible to pay for it using the State Services portal or online banking with a bank card.

Having selected the desired group, we look for the required contributions to fill in the name and type of payment. If we fill out a document for pension contributions, then select the following lines in the drop-down menu.

If we need to fill out a receipt for payment of contributions to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, then select the following lines:

Fill in the remaining details of the payment document. Please note that individual entrepreneurs do not have periods for contributions such as a month or a quarter, so you can set the tax period to a year. Although no matter what you put, it won’t be a mistake, the main thing is to indicate the year correctly.

Then we indicate the full name and tax identification number.

And let's move on to payment. Here you can choose a payment method.

If you choose cashless payment, you will be offered a payment method.

If you choose cash payment, receipts will be generated.

Now you can go to the bank and pay receipts 1.
